Looking for the best school ID card printing service in Sopore? Start with the details that make a card useful: accurate student information, a clear photograph, readable text and a specification that matches daily school use. This guide focuses on proof approval for schools preparing an order with JD Printing and Graphics Kashmir.
Review the actual-size proof for school ID cards
Inspect the layout at its final dimensions. Zooming in can hide readability problems that become obvious when the design is printed at actual size.
Check a sample card at actual size. Read the admission number, compare the photograph with the student record and inspect the signature area before approving the complete batch.
Planning your Sopore school order
For a school order in Sopore, confirm whether the enquiry will be handled through the Adipora Sopore branch or the Dangiwacha studio. Ask for the current collection details before sending someone to collect the finished cards.
When collecting cards in Sopore, carry the final quantity summary and check the bundles against it. Agree who is authorised to receive the order, especially if the school uses a representative for collection.
What should the school check?
- Student name, class, section and the school-approved identification number.
- The correct photograph against each student record.
- School name, logo, session and authorised signature details where required.
- Final card dimensions, orientation and holder or lanyard compatibility.

Share the quantity, card size, preferred material, front-and-back printing needs and required date. Ask for holders, lanyards and other accessories to be listed clearly. Prices and production dates should be confirmed for the final specification; this article does not promise a fixed rate or turnaround.
School data and approval
Send only the student information needed for the approved design. Use an authorised school contact to share files, check proofs and approve corrections. Ask how production files will be handled after completion. A printed QR code, if requested, needs a separately confirmed destination or system; printing it alone does not create an attendance service.
